5. Shipping & Delivery

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is resent.

6. Refunds, Returns & Reconstituted Vials
Our separate Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise required by law, products must be unused, unopened, unmixed and in their original condition to be eligible for an approved return.
Reconstituted or Mixed Vials
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds for a vial after it has been opened, used, mixed or reconstituted.
Once bacteriostatic water, sterile water or another liquid has been introduced into a vial, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or resold.
Customers should inspect their products before opening or reconstituting them.
If you believe that you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us before opening or reconstituting the vial wherever reasonably possible and provide photographs showing the issue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Handling & Storage
Customers are responsible for following appropriate handling and storage requirements after receiving their order.
We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination or damage caused by improper storage, handling, mixing or other actions occurring after delivery, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect product or your order appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly.
We may request your order number, photographs of the parcel and packaging, photographs of the affected product and other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.
Please retain the product and packaging while your claim is being assessed.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered processing, packing or dispatch.
Where an order has already been dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy will apply.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with an order or payment, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to provide payment processors, banks and other relevant parties with appropriate records relating to a disputed transaction, including order information, payment records, shipping and tracking information, delivery information and relevant communications.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any lawful rights available to you.
